At the 13th Biomolecular Screening Conference in Tokyo on November 25th, Dotmatics will present new features of their Screening Ultra software, highlighting its integration with BioBright for fully automated HTS data workflows and with Insightful Science's Prism and Geneious Biologics to enhance screening data analysis and antibody development, enabling seamless, efficient, and high-quality screening processes.

要旨：
弊社の製品の一部であるScreening Ultraは、スクリーニングデータ分析のパッケージソリューションで、従来のHTSから時系列の生データまで、非常に複雑で幅広いスクリーニング技術に対応しています。本製品は近年、機器データ自動収集ソリューションであるBioBrightや、創薬～臨床まで幅広いソリューションを有するInsightful Scienceとの統合で、業界をリードする高品質なソリューションとの組み合わせが実現いたしました。
BioBrightとの統合では、HTSのワークフローが完全に自動化されました。手作業なしで、プレートリーダーの生データファイルをBioBrightのサーバーにアップロードでき、Screening Ultraで新しく作成した実験に追加することができます。さらに、ドットマティクスの他のアプリケーションにおいても、ハイコンテントスクリーニングのイメージサーバーとして機能することができます。Insightful Scienceとの統合では、Screening Ultraの分析ワークフローにPrismを統合することで、好みの分析ツールを引き続き使用できます。抗体開発をサポートするワークフローであるGeneious 'Biologics'では、ドットマティクスのアプリケーションから結果データを直接読み取ることができ、抗体配列をスクリーニング分析と組み合わせ、迅速かつ効率的なリード選択を可能にします。
本セッションでは、最近の統合でScreening Ultraのフレームワークに新しく加わった、注目すべき新機能についてご紹介いたします。

Title: Dotmatics screening system: the combination of industry-leading solutions into a highly efficient workflow
Abstract:
Dotmatics has been developing SU into a complete screening analysis solution package called ‘Screening Ultra’. The product supports a broad range of screening technologies from classical HTS to more complex ones such as time-dependent data processing.
Recent acquisitions of Dotmatics group made it possible for the company to leverage high quality solutions to quickly add new capabilities to the screening framework.
The integration of BioBright solutions allow users to fully automate their HTS workflows. Without any manual work, reader data files can be uploaded to BioBright file servers and can be added to newly created experiments in Screening Ultra. Furthermore, it can also function as a high content screening image server for the Dotmatics system suit.
The integration of Prism to the Screening Ultra analysis workflow enables users to continue using their preferred analysis tool. Geneious ‘Biologics’ is a streamlined workflow solution for antibody development. Now the ‘Biologics’ system was made capable to read result data from Dotmatics system and combine antibody sequence with screening analyses to facilitate quick and efficient lead selection.
In this session we will show some highlights of the aforementioned integrations.
