Celebrating Dotmatics Women for International Women’s Day 2021
Dotmatics celebrates International Women’s Day 2021 by recognizing and honoring the significant contributions and achievements of women within their historically male-dominated high-tech workforce—where women comprise nearly half of Application Scientist and Scientific Project Manager roles, over a third of senior management, and are increasingly represented in developer and engineering positions—while reaffirming their commitment to workplace equality, equal pay, and gender parity.
Saluting Women in Dotmatics
We believe that everyone, in all aspects of their daily lives, should be treated the same regardless of gender, race, or sexual orientation. Equality in the workplace is the cornerstone to providing equal opportunity, equal pay that is based on merit, and an equal voice to make an impact.
Being part of a historically male-dominated high-tech industry, Dotmatics is proud of a diverse workforce and proud to promote gender equality. But we also acknowledge we’ve got more to do.
Women in technical roles are vital to Dotmatics – with women making up nearly half of Application Scientist and Scientific Project Manager roles, and increasing numbers joining us as Developers and IOPS Engineers. Over a third of our senior management team are also women, with many others destined to follow on.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day we’d like to highlight all the women that work at Dotmatics, and those at our customers and collaborators, recognizing their achievements and contribution.
